Prototype Visibility Note

In this prototype, all questions (including those "Awaiting Answers") are visible to demonstrate the feature. In a live application with user accounts:

Newly submitted questions would initially be visible only to the poster and the founder for review.
Only answered questions would be visible to all users.
Founders would typically answer questions via a dedicated admin interface, not directly on the public page. The "Answer this Question" button is now only visible if logged in as Parwani.deepak@gmail.com.

Academics are one part of a holistic assessment. While a good record is beneficial, the SSB looks for officer-like qualities, practical intelligence, and overall personality.
