Answered Questions
In my experience, it's 'Resilience'. The ability to bounce back from setbacks, learn, and keep moving forward with a positive attitude is crucial, not just for SSB but for life in the forces.
Academics are one part of a holistic assessment. While a good record is beneficial, the SSB looks for officer-like qualities, practical intelligence, and overall personality. Many with 'average' academics but strong OLQs get recommended. Focus on your overall profile. You can read my detailed article on this in the Content Hub!
Common mistakes include not adhering to the rules, trying to dominate instead of collaborating, not listening to others, and poor time management. Also, not understanding the 'group' aspect of group tasks is a big one. Remember, it's about how the group performs, with your contribution.
